Fitness Plan

Started the early rising and running plan since my fitness level is always in the negative side. earlier i joined gym but did not continue after 3 weeks. even in that 3 weeks duration i was not regular. this time i am planning to make it.
here is the plan
- wake up at 5 am every day.
- run for an hour.
- practice this habit for 100 days non stop starting may 3,2010(monday)
- update this post regulary to publish the progress.

sucessfully completed the fitness plan for the fourth day.
started realising the benefits of early rising and feeling the energy.
